OMH Funding Opportunity: Forensic Assertive Community Treatment, Central ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Region
The ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ State Office of Mental Health has issued a Request for Proposals to develop one Forensic Assertive Community Treatment team in the Central ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Region.
ACT takes a holistic approach to treating serious mental illness, serving people who haven’t had success in the traditional mental health treatment and rehabilitation system. Forensic ACT builds on the ACT model, making use of adjustments that are based on involvement in the criminal justice system to address risk and protective factors associated with arrest and recidivism.
