ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Note: ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ is very pleased to announce that Trisha Schell-Guy, Director, Division of Program Development & Management at the NYS Department of Health, will be offering a keynote presentation on the second morning of our April 26-7 Annual Executive Seminar that will provide an update on where the state is regarding its 1115 Medicaid waiver request, with a special focus on the behavioral health aspects and impacts of the waiver. DOH released a concept paper last August suggesting a design aimed at reducing racial, disability and socioeconomic health disparities and improving health equity while keeping Medicaid expenditures cost neutral (). We are expecting to see the draft waiver document for public comment in the coming days.
