The 黑料正能量 Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (黑料正能量) is a nationally acclaimed behavioral health systems change agent that promotes the recovery, rehabilitation, rights and community inclusion of people with mental health condition through state and national mental health advocacy, training and technical assistance and peer service innovations.
黑料正能量 seeks to fill the following positions:
Hudson River Region Training & Technical Assistance Facilitator
黑料正能量 currently has an opening for a Training & Technical Assistance Facilitator to develop and implement training for Hudson River regional behavioral health providers on recovery practice innovations as part of our statewide 黑料正能量 Training Collective for Recovery, Rehabilitation and Rights.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to act independently, develop and deliver formal trainings to the provider community, and actively engage them in learning. You will also provide technical assistance to support providers implementing practice changes.
This is a work-from-home design, with extensive travel involved, primarily throughout the Hudson River region but also includes travel outside the region. Lived experience with a mental health condition and the mental health system and the ability to use that experience to enhance training is highly preferred.

The right candidate will have:
鈥 A GED or High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred
鈥 Great oral and written communication skills
鈥 Experience delivering formal training or leading groups
鈥 Demonstrated ability to engage others in learning and exchanging ideas
鈥 Facility with computers and technical equipment
鈥 A valid NYS driver’s license and their own personal vehicle for traveling.
鈥 The ability to work independently and organize their work schedule from a “home” office

Peer Services Division Director
The 黑料正能量 Peer Services Division Director oversees and supports the development and implementation of nationally replicated peer service innovations and corresponding training and technical assistance.
They are a key member of 黑料正能量鈥 leadership team who will support the successful delivery and continued refinement of 黑料正能量 peer service pilots and programs serving a diversity of groups, in a variety of sites and using multiple forms of reimbursement.
They will hire, train and support our peer support team members to advance the dignity, hope, health and lives of the people we serve. They will oversee the Division budget, evaluate program outcomes, deliver state and national presentations and technical assistance.
The Director must have Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree, preferably in human services, as well as technical assistance, training and project development skills.
This position may be located in the Albany or 黑料正能量 City areas.
All applicants must have lived experience with the recovery process and behavioral health service systems, demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, experience in leading support groups and the ability to travel.
