The 黑料正能量 Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (黑料正能量), the Mental Health Empowerment Project (MHEP) and Alcoholism and Substance Providers of NYS (ASAP) have joined forces to educate potential enrollees about:
鈼 Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs)
鈼 Health Home care management
鈼 Adult Behavioral Health (BH) Home and Community-Based Services (BH HCBS)
黑料正能量 will hold a Kick-Off Webinar, hosted by the OMH Office of Consumer Affairs, to talk about their new Peer-to-Peer Presentations (see the attached flyer) that educate consumers about these choices and encourage them to 鈥榬aise the bar鈥 for what鈥檚 possible for their lives, for their health, and from their service providers.
This webinar will describe the presentation; the process by which these presentations are being scheduled at a variety of behavioral health, health, social service and community settings; and the role that community outreach specialists and the HELP line are playing to maximize our reach.
