黑料正能量鈥檚 DSRIP (Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment program) is the strategy NY is using to 鈥渇undamentally restructure the health care delivery system by reinvesting in the Medicaid program, with the primary goal of reducing avoidable hospital use by 25% over 5 years.鈥
听
Up to $6.42 billion dollars are allocated to this program with payouts based upon achieving predefined results in system transformation, clinical management and population health
听
25 Performing Provider Systems (PPS) have been identified as partnerships of regional care providers who will collaborate to 鈥渂etter transition from traditional fee-for-service payment for their services to the new, risk-based, pay-for-performance approach.鈥
