ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ is very pleased to welcome proposals for our 34th Annual Conference, entitled “Advancing Whole Health & Healthy Communities: The Pathway to Population Health” to be held from September 14-16 at the Hudson Valley Resort & Conference Center in Kerhonkson, with overflow lodging
at the Honors Haven Resort in nearby Ellenville.

As you hopefully know, the ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Annual Conference has become widely regarded as one of the nation’s finest training opportunities and a unique celebration of advances
in personal and professional strategies and public policies that advance the recovery, rehabilitation, rights and full community inclusion of people with psychiatric disabilities and/or diagnoses.
Ìý
For over 3 decades, ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ has provided timely information, energizing inspiration and critically valued networking opportunities in a celebratory atmosphere and retreat-like
environment nestled within Catskill Mountains.
Ìý
Per our theme, this year’s conference recognizes that in order to help ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ers with a variety of mental health, addiction and medically related conditions to advance
their recoveries and resilience, we must offer a whole health approach that addresses all of the domains of wellness.
Ìý
And, since recovery and wellness don’t happen in a vacuum, we must improve the health and resilience of the communities in which they live, addressing a variety of potential
barriers related to housing, poverty, discrimination, exclusion, isolation and health disparities.
