Kristen Mucitelli-Heath has worked for St Joseph’s Hospital Health Center since 2011, first as Director of State and Federal Relations and Community Initiatives, and now as the Director of Care Coordination and Regional Health Initiatives. Her experience in working through systems transformations has contributed to her expertise in forming regional affiliations to benefit consumers and overall population health.
