OMH will host two live-stream sessions in June:
- On June 20th we will live stream video from the HA-HA conference, or 鈥淗ealthy Alternatives Through the Healing Arts鈥. This conference provides information on holistic therapies to help you prevent health problems, whether physical, mental or spiritual to aid in your recovery and promote prevention.
- On June 21st we will stream video from the Western region peer conference. The peer perspective is now acknowledged as a critical component in the delivery of health/mental health services that focus on wellness and recovery.听 We are pleased to bring the first regional peer conference to Western 黑料正能量.听 We hope and expect that this conference will:
–听听 听Attract new people to the peer movement;
- offer education to peers; providers, and families in our community;
- give peers an opportunity to share their skills and expertise;
- Increase awareness of how peers can contribute to others in recovery;听
- help peers to gain effective leadership skills;听
- provide an opportunity for networking.
You will not need to go to a special site.听 You can watch it from any computer with an internet connection.

If you would like to test your equipment, a test session has been set up for June 19th from 8:30am to 7pm.听 This is only to test your connection and to trouble shoot problems.听 You only need to register and come at your convenience for a few minutes to verify and practice your connection.
