The ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ Association of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services (ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿), a nationally acclaimed behavioral health systems change agent based in Albany, NY, is dedicated to promoting the recovery, rehabilitation, and rights of people with psychiatric disabilities or diagnoses. ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ is currently seeking a Senior Projects Coordinator for its Systems Transformation division.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Systems Transformation, the Senior Projects Coordinator will manage state and national education and training projects for a broad variety of behavioral health and health-related agencies, academics and payers.Ìý This position fosters effective communications by and between all Division staff and ensures that project deliverables are met and systems and procedures are followed.Ìý This position could be located in our Albany headquarters or in a work-from-home setting in the event that the chosen candidate resides in an area of ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ outside of the Capital Region.

Essential job functions include:
- Direct and manage the Training Collective staff and orient new members to Collective policies and procedures as well as the content and purpose of trainings;
- Manage an array of training programs; coordinate partners and gather necessary data for submission to the funder;
- Manage other Division projects including data collection; develop and monitor timelines for meeting deliverables;
- Research topics and speakers for Special Events and Webinar series;
- Design and propose website and marketing content for Division;
- Create and develop multi-media trainings and technical assistance and deliver trainings at host agencies’ sites;
- Maintain required statistics and gather and submit information to Division Director for preparation of reports;
- Attend conferences, webinars and workshops to stay current on trends in the field and training techniques;
- Represent the Division and ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ in national, statewide and regional meetings;
- Coordinate staff development to enhance employee knowledge and to meet organizational needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant human services field with 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience in formally training or leading groups
- Experience supervising & managing staff
- Facility with computers/technical equipment
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accountability and initiative
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively required
