This year, for the first time ever, ���������� will be giving a statewide webinar to help our members prepare for our January 28th Albany Legislative Day. This webinar will be particularly focused on helping to demonstrate ways to maximize your meetings with legislators and/or their staff.

Join us for this webinar on the 22nd—the day after we anticipate the release and review of the 2014 NYS Budget—to hear the most up-to-date information about how this year’s legislative season affects our community.

This webinar is both for people who are already planning to attend or are considering it, to help them know more about what to expect.

The webinar will open with a presentation by Harvey and Briana that will:

1. Review and clarify details about this year’s advocacy priorities

2. Present a few role-play sessions that will demonstrate some ways to pull from your personal experience to explain why our priorities are so important to us

3. Review how to transition your “ask” from the rally to the conference room;

We will also allow time for questions and comments. .
