9:30-10:30听听听听听听 State Panel: An interactive question and answer session with Bob Myers and Greg Allen. Areas of discussion might be:
- How flexible will the State be in relaxing current licensing requirements?
- What new service designs will the State look for from the plans and providers?
- What metrics will plans and the providers be required to meet?
- Where is the state in designing rates, financial incentives and reinvestment systems?

12:30-2:00听听听听听听 Facilitated Break-out Groups: Providers will break into groups and explore strengths and specific challenges听they face as they adapt to managed care.听Discussion areas听can include:
- Data & Analytics- The importance of integrating fiscal, business and service data for the agency鈥檚 future success.
- Service Adaptation-In an environment of regulatory relief, what recovery oriented, person centered and managed care ready models could be designed?
- Business Planning– What infrastructure and organizational changes (e.g. IT, HR, fiscal controls and oversight, space, policies and procedures, corporate compliance) are needed to thrive in the new system?
2:15-3:15听听听听听听听听 Report Back: An opportunity for each group to share the outcomes of their discussions and the concrete steps outlined to assist their agencies in transformation activities.
3:30-4:30听听听听听听听听 Managed Care Panel: Managed Care and Behavioral Health plan representatives will be invited to share some of their key considerations as they prepare for integration, comment on the innovations presented and the partnerships they seek with providers.
