Overview
Publically funded mental health, substance use, and primary care providers assist those made vulnerable by social, economic, physical and psychological health challenges. The 黑料正能量 State Medicaid Redesign Commission and the Affordable Care Act have emphasized the need to integrate care across systems with the dual goal of increasing the quality of care and controlling costs. Organizations across 黑料正能量 State are working to anticipate and grapple with these changes while providing the highest quality care.
This conference will increase our awareness of the challenges and opportunities associated with creating an integrated system of care that has implications for workforce development; the engagement and involvement of peers and family members; the use of information and data to promote quality and business efficiencies; the adoption of evidence based practices and the changing roles of primary and behavioral healthcare providers.
Goals and Objectives
- To improve knowledge and skill in addressing healthcare integration.
- To provide information on best practices that can achieve improved health, education and employment, and family life of consumers
- To address the needs of front line professionals in six Core Competency areas so that they can better address the changing needs of consumers.
