Public hearings will be held in Syracuse and Buffalo next week to solicit comment on the state’s proposed plan to request a waiver from the federal government to fully implement the recommendations of the MRT and prepare the state for national health care reform. Â Attendees will be briefed on the action plan as well as possible reinvestment options. . No pre-registration is necessary, and speakers will each be allotted two minutes to speak, to provide for as many comments as possible.
